20. Bundesbank-Symposium
Bundesbank Executive Board member Andreas Dombret has warned against the dangers of hastily implementing the European Commission's proposals to introduce a joint European deposit guarantee scheme. "A workable safety net for the financial sector doesn't necessarily need to be a purely European brand," Mr Dombret said at the Bundesbank's banking supervision symposium in Frankfurt am Main.
