The Bundesbank has worked with Germany’s Institute for Film and Image in Science and Education (Institut für Film und Bild in Wissenschaft und Unterricht – FWU) to expand its offering for lower secondary school-age pupils. The media package is designed to teach pupils basic skills for managing their personal finances.

The four short films are presented by Philipp Walulis and are entitled:

• Budgeting
• Investing money
• Paying with money
• Borrowing money

There is also a version with all four films rolled into one.

Worksheets are available to accompany the short films, providing pupils with the opportunity to revise, consolidate and deepen their knowledge of the material covered.
