Fees

The Bundesbank charges a flat fee of €0.0025 per data record for the submission of BSE payments to the RPS cheque processing service. No fees are charged for the delivery of BSE payments to banks.
There is a flat fee of €0.05 for the ISE procedure. This is charged to the drawee credit institution and covers the processing of the clearing data records in the RPS cheque processing service as well as the transmission of the images via ExtraNet.

Processing windows

The RPS cheque processing service supports two processing windows for the clearing and settlement of BSE and ISE payments. The values of processed payments are delivered and settled directly following the respective submission window.
