As a rule, we accept new participants for T2 at the beginning of a minimum reserve period; for T2S and TIPS, by arrangement.

Depending on the complexity and whether it is necessary to involve any other central banks or ancillary systems, we require the original forms, signed with legally binding effect, up to one month before participation in the production environment can begin.
