Data processing in Bundesbank ExtraNet
The personal data (master data of participating institution (e. g. name, address, telephone/fax number) and data pertaining to any of its employees registered as users (e. g. name, address, user ID, telephone/fax number, email address, IP addresses)) you provide will be used by the Deutsche Bundesbank (Wilhelm-Epstein-Strasse 14, 60431 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, tel.: +49 (0)69 95660, email: info@bundesbank.de) in compliance with statutory data protection rules solely for the administration of ExtraNet users (creation, modification, deletion) and the rights allocation for carrying out transactions with the Bank using the ExtraNet (e-business platform). Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) letter e of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Article 3 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz).
Your personal data may be processed further by the respective Bundesbank organisational units responsible for any ensuing specialised procedures subsequent to registration.
Technical log data are deleted after 90 days at the latest. Once ExtraNet services are no longer required, user data are erased by deleting the user account in the “User and master data management” function.

You have the following rights vis-à-vis the Deutsche Bundesbank in respect of your personal data:
- right of access by the data subject (Article 15 of the GDPR);

- right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) (Article 17 of the GDPR);
- right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR);
- right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR).
In addition, pursuant to Article 77 of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data.
