Bank Lending Survey for Germany (BLS)
The quarterly Bank Lending Survey (BLS) comprises qualitative questions on past and expected future lending policies by participating institutions to the private non-financial sector as well as questions on credit demand. The survey, which is addressed to senior loan officers of participating banks, is conducted for the Euro Area by the national central banks in collaboration with the European Central Bank (ECB) on a quarterly basis. The RDSC offers access to individual bank level data containing data for banks domiciled in Germany.
