
Successful exchange with the National Bank of Kazakhstan: Intensive dialogue and fruitful cooperation in HR management CIC Newsletter – April 2025
From 4 to 6 February 2025, an intensive bilateral exchange took place in Frankfurt between the Deutsche Bundesbank and the National Bank of Kazakhstan. 15 experts from the Bundesbank’s Directorate General Human Resources discussed a wide range of HR topics with high-ranking representatives of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, including Deputy Governor Daniyar Vagapov and Ms Sholpan Tokbergenova, Head of Human Resources.
The three-day event was jam-packed with numerous sessions and discussion rounds on best practices in HR management. Topics included HR strategies, the development of an agile corporate culture, e-learning, professional and HR development, flexible working hours and remote working, digitalisation in HR, employer branding and strategic HR planning.
The interactive sessions provided an excellent opportunity to learn from each other, gain valuable insights and develop fresh perspectives. The positive atmosphere and intensive exchange have shown just how enriching international dialogue is in the process of evolving and optimising HR topics
