Alexander Schwarz Senior Advisor for Financial Stability
Alexander joined the Centre for International Central Bank Dialogue (CIC) in 2023 as the senior advisor for financial stability. In this position, he is responsible for all international courses and bilateral activities on financial stability.
He entered the Deutsche Bundesbank in 2009. Since then, he has been dealing with different financial stability issues from an analytical and a policy perspective. He was also intensely engaged in committee work in the European fora, e.g. the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB). Alexander holds a Master in Economics from the University of Freiburg.
