The design derives its clear structure from a large building element and a middle axis. The block-type campus hybrid has six floors, and three courtyards provide the inner office areas with daylight. A logistics centre to the east of the Money Museum is also planned. A two-storey day care centre is located between the Cash Management building and Wilhelm-Epstein-Strasse. The central element is a wide plaza stretching from Wilhelm-Epstein-Strasse through the foyer of the main building to the park area on the south side. All parking facilities are housed in a two-storey underground garage.
