Since 10 June 2024, the new AFiD module CITID allows linking the two Federal Statistical Office’s AFiD microdata products AHS and SBS with the Bundesbank’s MIDI, SITS and SIFCT research data. Data can be accessed through the Federal Statistical Office’s RDC and the Bundesbank’s RDSC. 

This linkage offers the opportunity to analyze and evaluate new research questions that were previously unattainable.
