Next round of Euro20+ coming up

In January, 200 youths discussed the future of Europe at Euro20+ As the event format was received so well, the Bundesbank has decided to repeat it. It is inviting 200 participants between the ages of 18 and 30 to a discussion under the slogan “Your Europe. Your future” on 15 and 16 November. Thirty guests from other countries in Europe will also be attending the Euro20+ event.

The highlight of the event will be a town hall meeting with Bundesbank President Jens Weidmann. At this meeting, which will be hosted by podcaster Tilo Jung, Mr Weidmann will take questions from the participants.

The future of Europe, digitalisation and running a sustainable economy

This edition of Euro20+ will focus on four topics: 

  • The future of Europe
  • Digitalisation
  • Economic challenges
  • Running a sustainable economy

Accordingly, short lectures, panel discussions and workshops featuring personalities such as YouTuber Fabian Grischkat, activist Tobi Rosswog and author Inger-Maria Mahlke will be held on these themes. The Bundesbank’s Executive Board will also be in attendance again, and will present their areas of responsibility. In addition, there will be opportunities for participants to network and exchange opinions and ideas. The event will be held at Tatcraft Makerspace, located in the eastern part of Frankfurt.
