The heart of this concept lies in the juxtaposition of the new 120-metre high office tower ("standing"), the main building ("sitting") and a new four-storey flat building at the north-west perimeter ("lying"). These three structures will accommodate the required office space. Along Wilhelm-Epstein-Strasse, a multi-purpose building is placed comprising a sports centre, guest apartments and gastronomy facilities. A press and conference centre stands adjacent to this on the north side. A two-storey underground garage will house all car parking facilities.

This concept does not feature any building at all to the south of the main building, thus leaving a large and uninterrupted open space between the main building and the Miquelanlage park area.
