The clearly structured design features a three-storey base on the west perimeter on which three office towers are located, each with 13 floors, as well as a 16-storey high-rise of the same height as the existing main building. Sports facilities, a day care centre and a press and conference centre are all located along Wilhelm-Epstein-Strasse. The required number of parking lots are housed in a multi-storey car park and a two-storey underground garage. In the south-east corner of the campus there is an office building with two five-storey timber-framed units on a single-storey base. The concept envisages two different types of open space: the central campus green as an urban green space and the green ring as a near-natural, landscaped park.
