3.3.5.2. Unblocking by the customer

Objective

A customer wants one of its employees (users), who has been blocked, to once again be able to access the specialised ExtraNet applications for which they are registered.

Procedure

An application to unblock a user may be made by:

  • telephone;
  • fax;
  • post.
